Printing
Requirements
To print you must be connected to either the MSL Wired network, a UBC Wireless network or use the UBC MyVPN connection from outside UBC.
Photocopiers
Please contact us if you wish to print to any of the MSL or CHiBi photocopiers and we will set it up for you.
New Toner Cartridges
When purchasing new toner cartridges for your lab printers we recommend purchasing from either Laser Valley or the UBC Bookstore. Most of our labs have accounts already setup with Laser Valley for purchasing. Please contact us or your lab manager for more information.
Old Toner Cartridges
Please drop off at our office MSL 227 any old toner cartridges for recycling. See our e-waste and recyclables page for more information.
How to Install a Network Printer
Printer List
This is a list of all the lab printers in the MSL. The list tells you where the printer is located in, the printer model, its network (IP) address, and the group that owns it. Click on the model name of the printer to be taken to the manufacturers driver download page.
