Title: “Towards understanding of E. coli cellular network system”
Abstract:
We developed two types of single gene E. coli K-12, one is so-called “Keio collection”, which is the complete deletion strain library of target genes by replacement with kanamycin resistant fragment, and another is the same replacement deletion library with chloramphenicol resistance with additional feature, 20nt random sequence as molecular bar-code. I will present two projects relating “Keio collection”: 1) Genetic interaction network analysis by double gene knockout: 2) Population dynamics by bar-code deletion library
