Single Cell Symposium
April 28 - April 29

The Michael Smith Laboratories, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), and Ambassade de France au Canada are excited to present the Single Cell Symposium! This symposium will run April 28-29, 2026 at the University of British Columbia, with the goal of bringing together leading single-cell researchers from Canada and France.
The symposium is centred around three key themes:
- The role of single-cell analysis in cancer biology
- Emerging insights into the complexities of neuroscience
- The transformative development of single-cell technologies
We are excited to welcome Dr. Geneviève Almouzni from the Institut Curie, and Dr. Marco Marra from UBC as our keynote speakers for this event.
