Bee research highlighted in Science Magazine
Michael Smith Laboratories’ researcher, Leonard Foster, is trying to help bees fight off deadly mites. “The dream is a gene pool so strong we won’t have to worry about disease,” he says. Foster’s research is highlighted in an article in Science Magazine called, “Breeders toughen up bees to resist deadly mites”.
